Here, I designed accessibility features, mechanisms for collecting feedback from chat users, and overhauled outdated aspects of Drift’s current chatbot. As I created and reimagined chat features, I interacted with a comprehensive and ever-evolving design system for the first time, pushing me to operate as creatively possible within specific definitions — and think about how I’d want to modify pieces of the system itself.
